US President, Donald Trump, has revealed that the rulers of Iran have killed 54,000 protesters.
He made this known on Wednesday while speaking to journalists during the second day of the NATO summit in the Turkish capital, Ankara.
He says Iranian demonstrators could not topple their government “because they’re dead”.
He accused the press of failing to report the killings.
