The beloved comedy franchise “Meet the Parents” is gearing up for its fourth installment, with Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, and Blythe Danner in early talks to reprise their iconic roles.

 

Key Details:

 

1. John Hamburg is set to write the screenplay.

2. Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro will produce through Tribeca Productions.

3. Jay Roach will produce through Delirious Media.

4. Ben Stiller and John Lesher will produce through Red Hour Films.

 

The original “Meet the Parents” (2000) grossed over $330 million worldwide, becoming the seventh highest-grossing film that year. Its sequels, “Meet the Fockers” (2004) and “Little Fockers” (2010), were also box office successes, cumulatively earning over $1.13 billion worldwide.
