Carter Efe Accuses D’banj and Sunday Are of Faking Car Gift

Popular content creator and streamer Carter Efe has publicly accused music star D’banj and media personality Sunday Are of orchestrating a fake, highly publicized car presentation. The entertainer claims that the vehicle was never actually handed over to him, calling the gesture a deception.

Allegations of a Fake Gift

In a passionate outburst, Carter Efe revealed that the widely publicized car gift was merely “audio”—a slang term used to describe promises that exist only in words but fail to materialize. He claimed that after the public presentation, he was told he would have to pay ₦65 million before he could take possession of the vehicle.

Expressing deep frustration, Carter Efe insisted that he never requested a vehicle from either party and accused them of using the gesture to mislead the public.

In His Own Words

During his address, the content creator spared no words in criticizing both D’banj and Sunday Are, while comparing their actions to the genuine support he has received from others, such as billionaire businessman E-Money.

“They didn’t give me any car. Sunday Are too was doing as if he was advising me whereas he was just cajoling me not to spoil their plan. They gave me a useless car. I didn’t beg you to give me car.”

He continued by focusing directly on the financial demand placed on the vehicle:

“D-banj whine me. He didn’t give me motor. That motor he gave me is audio motor. He told me to pay 65 million naira before he could give me the car. Me that E-money gift me money for free. If I swear for D-banj and Sunday Are, they might not see tomorrow.”

Deception and Backlash

The content creator remains adamant that the entire arrangement was structured to protect a pre-meditated plan rather than to support him. By speaking out, Carter Efe hopes to clear the air regarding his actual asset ownership, emphasizing that he will not tolerate deceitful PR stunts.
