As Director of Partnerships at ICS Africa, she has led several impactful initiatives aimed at developing leadership skills and empowering individuals for success.

Her work through her mentorship program, Level Up Africa, has earned her a place among Ghana’s most influential women. In addition to her work in leadership coaching, she also co-manages Real Moms Connect, a network that supports mothers in their personal and professional development. Datey expressed her gratitude for the recognition, stating that it strengthens her commitment to empowering youth and supporting mothers.

“I’m humbled by this recognition and thankful for the continued support of my mentors and the YGL Network. This award will fuel my work with Level Up Africa and Real Moms Connect as we continue to make a positive impact,” she said.
