Tech billionaire, Elon Musk has condemned Republicans who voted for President Donald Trump’s ‘Big, Beautiful Bill’, calling the bill ‘a disgusting abomination.’
In his most direct attack against the legislation that comes days after he exited the White House, Musk says the ‘Big, Beautiful Bill’ is a “massive outrageous, pork-filled” spending bill.
He wrote on X “I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore”, saying the bill was a “disgusting abomination”, adding “shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong.”
Congress is rushing to send the bill to President Trump by July 4, according to CBS News.
White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt responded to Musk’s criticism of the bill, telling reporters during a press briefing that President Trump “already knows where Elon Musk stood on this bill. It doesn’t change the President’s opinion.”
