Award-winning actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has officially announced that her much-anticipated film, “Iyalode,” will hit cinemas on June 6, 2025, with an exclusive advanced screening on June 4.
The star-studded movie features top Nollywood actors, including Kehinde Bankole, Bukky Wright, Muyiwa Ademola, Wale Ojo, and Kolawole Ajeyemi, and is directed by Adebayo Tijani.
A Film Set to Captivate Audiences
Since its completion in July 2024, Iyalode has been generating massive buzz, with fans eagerly awaiting its release. Toyin Abraham shared the news during the FilmOne Exhibitors Showcase in Lagos, expressing her excitement for the project.
“Iyalode is coming to cinemas on the 6th of June, and our advanced screening is on the 4th,” she revealed.
With its powerful storyline and stellar cast, Iyalode is set to be one of the biggest Nollywood releases of 2025. Fans and movie lovers should mark their calendars for what promises to be a cinematic masterpiece.
