Mia Le Roux, a deaf woman, has won Miss South Africa 2024 beauty pageant.
The beautiful Mia Le Roux beat competitions from nine other predominantly black models on Saturday, August 10, 2024.
The first deaf person to be crowned Miss South Africa, Mia will receive a cash prize of $53,371, a Mercedes Benz car, and a luxury fully furnished apartment.
Mia is a descendant of the Dutch settlers in South Africa, Boers, who formed the minority white population.
She is an undergraduate. As Miss South Africa, her charity project would focus on persons living with disabilities.
