Dr. Louisa Satekla, the wife of Ghanaian reggae and dancehall musician, Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy, says her husband’s achievements motivate her to do even better in life.
In an Instagram post to congratulate her husband after he won the Artiste of The Year award at the 25th Telecel Ghana Music Awards ceremony in Accra on Saturday, June 1, 2024, Dr. Louisa said Stonebwoy’s “work ethic is truly extraordinary, and it’s no surprising that it’s paying off in so many ways.”
She recounted “last night, he was crowned Artiste of The Year at the Ghana Music Awards following a phenomenal year and went on to win seven additional awards, making him the most awarded artiste of the night.”
She continued: “hard work and determination really do pay off, and knowing he’s achieved all this while in school is truly inspiring and motivates me to do even better.”
She ended her post by congratulating Stonebwoy, saying “As I told you, you deserve this and more.”
The 25th Telecel Ghana Music Awards ceremony was held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center. The ceremony was an ultimate night of music, fashion and unforgettable performances,celebrating excellence in Ghanaian music.
