A Nigerian musician, Godspower George Osahenrumwen, known in showbiz as Steady Boy, has been arrested by operatives of Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for allegedly attempting to receive a large consignment of loud, an illicit drug.
According to NDLEA in a statement issued on Sunday, November 2, 2025, the loud were inside three cartoons of bathtubs imported from New York, United States.
The statement signed by spokesperson of NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, said the shipment arrived at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Ikeja, Lagos, aboard a DHL flight on October 28, 2025, and contained 140 bags of loud weighing 77.20 kilograms.
The statement claimed that musician Steady Boy acted as the consignee on behalf of a syndicate that includes his manager named Zion Osazee Omigie a.k.a. Zee Money. It says Zee Money remains at large.
