Torrential rains have caused floods across several parts of Ghana.
The heavy downpours on Sunday morning, March 29, 2029, left several areas in Accra, the capital of Ghana, flooded.
The floods have caused severe disruption in movement.
Areas affected are Dansoman, Weija, Kasoa Old Barrier, Mallam Junction, Kaneshie, Accra Central, Circle, Dansoman Junction enclave, and parts of Greater Accra Region.
Roads in the affected areas were submerged, making it difficult for vehicles and pedestrians to move freely. In some locations, traffic built up as drivers struggled to navigate through the floodwaters.
