BBNaija winner Phyna has blasted Dangote Group’s statement regarding the accident involving her sister and one of the company’s trucks.
The company had promised to cover her sister’s medical expenses and offer “appropriate compensation,” while wishing her a speedy recovery.
However, Phyna criticized the response, pointing out the irony given the severity of her sister’s injuries, which included an amputation. She questioned the company’s urgency and mentioned another victim, the bike man, who is in critical condition, suggesting that the company’s actions may be too little, too late.
She wrote: “Appropriate compensation? Quick recovery from an already amputated leg? What necessary speed are you taking right now? Let’s not forget the bike man, who is also in critical condition,”
