A 22-year-old Kenyan college student has reportedly died after being thrown out of a speeding car by her angry boyfriend.

The deceased, who was a business student, has been identified as Eileen Cherotich.

Local media reports say Police are investigating the circumstances leading to her untimely death.

Detectives in Nakuru, Kenya are investigating the death of a 22-year-old college student who reportedly d!ed from injuries after being thrown out of a moving car.

Reports say Eileen Cherotich, who was a business student at the Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology, died while returning home from a night out in Nakuru town.

She was reportedly found dead near the Evereaady roundabout near the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway on Sunday morning, July 14, 2024.

Eileen is believed to have had a disagreement with her boyfriend on the way home.

Three suspects and a vehicle believed to have been used in the incident have been detained at the Nakuru West police station.

On Sunday afternoon, college students blocked the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway to demand justice for their colleague, Eileen Cherotich.

Meanwhile, the deceased’s body was moved to the Nakuru County Referral Hospital Mortuary for a post-mortem as investigations unfold.
