A director at the Ministry of Education in Zambia collapsed and died while he was delivering a speech.
Dr Sydney Nalube was the Ministry of Education Director of Teachers Education and Specialised Services (TESS).
He collapsed while delivering a speech at the Teaching Council of Zambia around 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
He was rushed to Zambia’s University Teaching Hospital (UTH) where he was pronounced dead.
