Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) conducted a raid on Proxy Night Club at 7 Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island, in the early hours of today, Sunday, October 26, 2025. The club owner, popular socialite Pretty Mike, was reportedly arrested during an alleged drug party.
The action followed intelligence gathered by the anti-narcotics agency concerning illicit substance abuse at the high-profile venue.
Details of the Operation
The NDLEA reported that its operatives, who were embedded in the party starting from 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, disrupted the gathering at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Arrests: Over 100 suspects were arrested and taken into custody for screening and further investigation.
- Seizures: Cartons of alleged illicit substances, including Loud (a potent cannabis strain) and laughing gas (Nitrous Oxide), were recovered from suspects attending the party and from the club’s storage facility.
A statement released by the NDLEA confirmed the raid, which highlights the ongoing push by the agency to curb drug abuse in public places across Lagos.
