MetLife Stadium To Host 2025 FIFA Club World Cup Final
The MetLife Stadium, an open-air multi-purpose Stadium in New Jersey, USA, has been chosen by FIFA to host the 2025 Club World Cup Final.
President of world football Governing body, FIFA, Gianni Infantino, announced the venues for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
According to him, a total of 12 venues will be used for the tournament.
The Club World Cup, featuring 32 teams from around the world, will take place from June 15 to July 13. It will be taking place around the same time as the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
The MetLife Stadium opened in 2010. It has a capacity of 82,500. The Stadium hosted the 2016 Copa America Centenario final between Chile and Argentina. The MetLife Stadium also hosted the 2024 Copa America semifinal match between Argentina and Canada.
Also in 2026, the MetLife will host the final of the FIFA World Cup.
