President Donald Trump has revealed that Iran is collapsing financially and losing about $500 million a day.
He made this known on Tuesday as US blockade over the Strait of Hormuz continued.
Trump says Tehran was seeking the immediate reopening of the waterway and was under severe financial pressure.
“Iran is collapsing financially! They want the Strait of Hormuz opened immediately- Starving for cash! Losing 500 Million Dollars a day. Military and Police complaining that they are not getting paid. SOS,” he wrote.
