The German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) has made a generous donation of tablets to the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (GCYE) as part of its support programme for the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). The donation aims to enhance digital capabilities, enabling GCYE to better assist its members in navigating the evolving trade landscape.

The donation ceremony was marked by the presence of James Hammond, Technical Advisor for the AfCFTA project at GIZ, who presented the tablets to GCYE. Mr. Sherif Ghali, CEO of GCYE, graciously accepted the devices on behalf of the chamber, expressing gratitude for the support.

This collaboration is poised to significantly bolster the chamber’s efforts in supporting young entrepreneurs across Ghana. The donation will not only improve the chamber’s internal operations but also contribute to AfCFTA’s broader Trade Digitalization Agenda, helping young businesses thrive in the digital age.
