Isaac Herzog, the President of Israel, arrived in Zambia on Monday morning, November 10, 2025, for a state visit.
A parade by Zambian security forces was held in his honor upon his arrival during which he was officially received by President Hakainde Hichilema.
President Hichilema described his Israeli counterpart’s visit to Zambia as “a reciprocal engagement following our visit to Israel in 2023.”
According to him, he and President Herzog will hold bilateral discussions to strengthen cooperation in key sectors such as agriculture, technology, health, and trade.
He says the Israeli President’s visit “reaffirms the strong and growing partnership between Zambia and Israel, founded on mutual respect and shared aspirations for development.”
