Taptap Send, a leading global fintech company, has announced the resumption of its money transfer services to Ghana, effective immediately. The temporary suspension, which was imposed by the Bank of Ghana, has been lifted, allowing Taptap Send to restart its operations.

– Taptap Send’s services were suspended for one month due to a directive from the Bank of Ghana related to the company’s newly launched wallet product.

– The Bank of Ghana lifted the suspension on December 4, 2024, ahead of the originally anticipated deadline.

– Taptap Send’s money transfer services are now available from the UK, Europe, Canada, the United States, and the UAE to Ghana.

– The company has reaffirmed its commitment to providing fast, secure, and affordable remittances to the Ghanaian diaspora.
