One person is reported to have died and another injured at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Constituency in the Central Region.
They were said to have been shot at the residence of the parliamentary candidate (PC) of the National Democratic Congress, Phyllis Nana Koryor Okunnor.
A video purported to be the two lying in the back of a pick-up vehicle is being circulated in the constituency.
Ms Koryor confirmed the incident to a section of the media a while ago.
Meanwhile, a huge crowd of supporters of the NDC have gathered at the constituency collation centre at the new Central East Police Command on the Obom Road.
