Brazilian footballer, Rodrygo is not planning on leaving Spanish Champions, Real Madrid.
This is according to a report by renowned Italian sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano.
According to Romano, despite recent reports in the media about Rodrygo’s planned exit, the Brazilian footballer is happy playing for Real Madrid.
In his Instagram post sighted by Africa Publicity, he noted that “Rodrygo remains super happy at Real Madrid and no changes expected at all in the summer window”.
“The player’s camp also confirm clear plan to continue at Real Madrid, as also happy with the club’s strategy”.
He concluded that “Rodrogo has signed a new deal until June 2028 just few months ago – with new €1b release clause included.”
News about France player, Kylian Mbappe, joining Real Madrid next season has fueled speculation that Rodrygo might be compelled to leave. Many football experts believe Mbappe, Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior would be prioritised in Madrid starting lineup over Rodrygo.
