Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, is set to release a new EP titled “Ogo Wanted”, a project that appears to be his response to his recent legal troubles.
The announcement follows Portable’s recent run-in with the Ogun State government, where he was declared wanted by the police on charges of conspiracy, assault, and attempted murder. After turning himself in, he was arraigned in court, where he pleaded not guilty to five counts and was granted N2 million bail, with restrictions on discussing the case publicly.
“Ogo Wanted” – A Statement Through Music?
Portable has never shied away from controversy, often using his music as an outlet for his experiences. In a teaser posted on Instagram, he hinted that “Ogo Wanted” would reflect his current state of mind, boasting:
“OGO wanted. Music money pass Yahoo. Zeh Nation, many inspirations.”
With his signature raw energy and fearless lyricism, fans are eager to hear what Portable has to say on this new EP.
As the Zeh Nation boss gears up for the release, the question remains: Will “Ogo Wanted” be a defiant comeback or a deeper reflection on his recent struggles?
Stay tuned for the official drop!
