The McDan Group of Companies has vehemently denied reports that it owes the Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) a staggering $3 billion.

In a statement released by the company, the CEO of McDan Group, Dr. Daniel McKorley, described the reports as “false and misleading.”

“We are shocked and disappointed by the reports circulating in the media that we owe GACL $3 billion,” Dr. McKorley said. “We can categorically state that these reports are untrue and without foundation.”

According to Dr. McKorley, the McDan Group has a long-standing relationship with GACL and has always fulfilled its obligations to the company.

“We have been a partner to GACL for many years and have always ensured that we meet our financial obligations to them,” he said. “We are not aware of any outstanding debt of $3 billion or any other amount.”

The McDan Group has called on GACL to clarify the situation and provide evidence of any outstanding debt.

“We request that GACL comes out to clarify this matter and provide evidence of any debt that we owe them,” Dr. McKorley said. “We are confident that a thorough investigation will reveal that these reports are false and without merit.”

The denial by the McDan Group has sparked a heated debate, with many calling for transparency and accountability in the matter. The Ghana Airport Company Limited has yet to respond to the denial by the McDan Group.
