Award-winning Ghanaian songstress Wendy Shay thrilled fans with an electrifying performance at the maiden edition of her “One Night Stand with Wendy Shay” concert. The event took place on December 30, 2024, at SoHo, Marina Mall in Airport, Accra.
Wendy Shay and her band delivered a captivating two-hour-long live performance, featuring her biggest hits, including “Emergency,” “Survivor,” “Odo,” and “Special Love.” The audience was also treated to stellar performances by fellow industry colleagues, such as Mr. Drew, Sista Afia, and Sefa.
Emerging talents Veola and Ivestunner also took the stage, showcasing their skills and giving fans a glimpse of what to expect in the future. The event attracted notable personalities, including Alan Kyerematen, flagbearer of the Movement for Change, and various media personalities and industry colleagues.
A highlight of the night was when a fan, Kobby Shay, joined Wendy Shay on stage to perform her hit song “Special Love.” Kobby Shay’s thrilling performance left the audience in awe.
