Nigerian Student Fashion & Design Week Unveils Ambassadors for its 2024 “Fashion Forward” Edition

As the Nigerian Student Fashion & Design Week (NSFDW) returns for its 7th edition, the organizers are thrilled to announce Isilomo Braimoh and Larry Hector as the official ambassadors for the highly anticipated 2024 edition.

Since its inception, NSFDW has been a leading platform for young and emerging fashion designers in Nigeria, creating opportunities for creatives to showcase their talents, gain exposure, and understand the business of fashion. This year, NSFDW continues to redefine the future of African fashion under the theme “Fashion Forward.” and the ambassadors embody the spirit of innovation and creativity that NSFDW represents.

Isilomo Braimoh, the Head Creative and Stylist at Foxx and Company, is known for her unmatched attention to detail and dedication to supporting emerging designers. With her sharp creative instincts, Isilomo brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to the event, setting the tone for a new era of fashion.

Joining her is Larry Hector, a model and content creator who personifies boldness and individuality in style. A true trendsetter, Larry’s passion for fashion and commitment to breaking boundaries aligns perfectly with NSFDW’s mission of inspiring the next generation of creatives. Together, these trailblazers represent the artistry and dynamism that define NSFDW 2024.

This year’s edition promises to be bigger and better, with runway shows featuring emerging designers, insightful workshops with industry leaders, and exclusive networking opportunities.  Other event highlights include the Most Creative Female Designer Award and Most Creative Male Designer, with winners getting cash prizes, including an opportunity to showcase at Dallas Fashion Week in 2025.

Abiola Orimolade, the founder, expressed excitement about the upcoming event saying

The event is scheduled to be held from 26th to 30th November with a lineup of activities while the grand finale show will be held on the 30th of November at Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
