Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez is facing a scathing public attack from her first ex-husband, Ojani Noa, after the superstar recently claimed she had not always felt truly loved.
Noa, a Cuban actor, took to Instagram to publicly blast Lopez, accusing her of cheating during their brief 1997–1998 marriage and playing the victim.
Noa’s Explosive Claims
In his lengthy Instagram post, Noa fiercely defended his own conduct during the marriage while laying the blame for the split entirely on Lopez, who has since had multiple marriages and countless relationships.
“The problem [is] not us. Not me. The problem [is] you. You’re the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants,” Noa wrote.
Noa recalled moving out of state to support, protect, and care for Lopez during their time together, emphasizing his devotion. He branded himself as an “amazing, loving person, great human being. Honest, faithful to you, never lied, never misbehaved, never cheated on you. I was good to you. I’m too good of a man for you.”
Accusations of Lying and Prioritizing Fame
The ex-husband further claimed that Lopez deliberately chose fame and fortune over their marriage. According to Noa, she begged him to stay together initially to avoid bad press, but her constant infidelity and dishonesty made that impossible.
“I couldn’t stay and deal anymore with the constant lying, that’s why I left you, that’s why I divorced you,” Noa wrote, urging Lopez to “tell the truth for once” and branding her the problem.
Noa ended his harsh Instagram rant with a pointed warning to the singer: “You should be embarrassed, ashamed of yourself.”
The explosive claims have immediately sparked major discussion online, with many wondering if J.Lo or her representatives will respond to her ex-husband’s accusations.
