A funeral service is being held today for Zimbabwean woman Nothabo Zandile Tshuma and her two daughters, who were allegedly murdered by their father in the United Kingdom last month.
The funeral is taking place in Bulawayo ahead of their burial at Old Luveve Cemetery later today.
The bodies of Nothabo and her daughters arrived in Bulawayo on Monday evening, where family members, friends and community members gathered to receive them.
The three were allegedly killed by Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, Nothabo’s husband and the father of the two girls.
The alleged killings reportedly occurred on July 3 in the United Kingdom.
The deaths have sparked widespread shock and grief among Zimbabweans both at home and abroad, with many expressing solidarity with the bereaved family as they prepare to lay their loved ones to rest.
