Sadia Sanusi, a renowned Ghanaian fashion designer and ex-Miss Malaika contestant, has reportedly died.
Her death has thrown the Ghana, especially the country’s fashion industry, into a state of mourning.
Social media in the country has been awashed with shock reactions over the sudden death of Sadia.
Sadia was scheduled to hold a ‘Kente artistry masterclass’ in East Legon; a suburb of Accra. The masterclass was scheduled to take place from 22nd to 26th June, 2026, but with her death it looks unlikely the event will take place.
The kente artistry masterclass was to commemorate her 10 years anniversary in the fashion industry.
Following her death over the weekend, the flyer of her masterclass have been trending on social media.
