Fifteen promising young Ghanaian entrepreneurs have been selected to participate in the third cohort of the Entrepreneurship with Bola Ray (EwithBR) programme, a transformative platform designed to nurture innovation, mentorship, and business leadership.
This year’s mentees, carefully chosen from various regions and sectors, include Sarah Lartey, Senyegbe Agbemabiase, Queenstar Nsakie, Keziah Ama Odorkor Daniels, Aboagye Theophilus, Yvonne Nuoriyee, Joshua Kobina Baah, Solomon Bentum Mensah, Atigsimah Richard Akamboe, Agnes Agyemang, Kwabena Owusu, Hannah Appiah, Alberta Nana Ama Awuku, Sylvia Andzie-Quainoo, and Shadrach Kofi Ansah.
The programme officially launched under the theme: “Securing the Next Generation through Entrepreneurship, Mentorship, and Innovation.”
“Each of you has the potential to not only enhance your own life, but also to uplift the community around you,” said Bola Ray in his keynote speech.
The EwithBR initiative offers selected mentees access to high-profile mentors such as Dr. Edwin Provencal, Anand Badami, Dr. Chanita Foster, and Albert Biga, who will share real-world knowledge and strategic guidance.
Through a blend of workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events, the programme seeks to create sustainable entrepreneurs who can lead innovation and change in Ghana and beyond. This year’s cohort reflects a dynamic mix of talent, passion, and readiness to tackle the challenges facing modern African entrepreneurs.
