Dancehall singer Empress Afi, born Maureen Efua Miezahpka, has earned a nomination for “Emerging Artiste of the Year” at the 2025 Ghana Music Awards USA, marking a Vogel for her hit collaboration “Pull Up on Me” with Vintage Papi, which also led to her winning “Best Music Act GH/USA (Female)” at the 2024 Ghana Entertainment Awards USA, where her electrifying performance further showcased her rising talent.
