ReadyforWork, an AI-powered learning platform transforming Africa’s workforce, has opened applications for its sixth cohort. Launched in 2021 by Ghana-based social enterprise Stars From All Nations (SFAN), the program equips entry-level job seekers and early-career professionals with globally relevant skills in UX/UI, Finance, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, and Entrepreneurship.
A major highlight of this cohort is the introduction of a Disciplined Entrepreneurship track, developed in partnership with global payments giant Visa. This track focuses on business scaling, financial management, mobile banking, and creditworthiness, addressing critical skill gaps in the digital economy.
Visa’s collaboration builds on SFAN’s global recognition, including a 2022 feature on New York’s Times Square by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurship Center for advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
ReadyforWork adopts a success-based pricing model, ensuring participants receive impactful, career-ready training. Alumni like Kezia O. Owusu-Ankomah attest to its transformative value: “I learned to believe in myself, leverage design thinking, and master essential digital marketing skills to drive sales and audience engagement.”
Applications close on January 16. Take your career to the next level—apply now at www.readyforwork.africa or call 0302802935 for more information.
