Accra, Ghana – Rising Ghanaian artist MeanAugustine has officially released his debut EP, “Addiction,” a compelling project that explores the highs and lows of love, passion, and relationships. Following his rebrand from Narja, the artist has been steadily gaining attention, and this latest offering cements his place as a force to watch in the industry.
With eight tracks, Addiction delivers a mix of sultry, introspective, and energetic sounds. The EP kicks off with Crazy, a fiery anthem about fleeting passion, while Obi Mpena tugs at the heartstrings with its tale of lost love. Masherita tackles the tension between romance and financial struggles, and Addicted plunges into deep, bass-heavy desire.
The mood shifts with God Designed, a lighthearted yet soulful appreciation of beauty and spirituality, followed by Fly You, a confessional track filled with unspoken emotions. High-energy Kukrudu ignites movement with its metaphorical fire, while Packaging closes the EP with a playful take on attraction.
Entirely self-produced—except for Masherita (produced by Itz CJ Made It)—Addiction showcases MeanAugustine’s artistry and versatility. His ability to blend deep emotions with infectious rhythms makes this project a standout.
