Ghana Vice President and Second Lady Join Hundreds of Muslims for Eid-ul-Adha Prayers

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife, Second Lady Samira Bawumia, have joined the National Chief Imam of Ghana, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu and hundreds of Muslims, for the national Eid-ul-Adha prayers.

This year’s prayers were offered at the Black Stars Square, in Accra, on Sunday morning, June 16, 2024.

Dr. Bawumia in his speech at the religious function, thanked the National Chief Imam for his kind words and citation of honour and appreciation presented to him, on behalf of the Muslim leadership.
