East African nation, Kenya, has welcomed an announcement by global beverage giants, Coca-Cola to invest $175 million over the next five years to expand its operations in the country.
The announcement was made in the USA where Kenyan President, H.E. William Ruto, is on a State visit.
Reacting to the announcement by Coca-Cola during a ceremony in Atlanta, Georgia where the Kenyan leader and government officials toured the Coca-Cola Company Headquarters, Mr. Ruto described the $175 million investment as “a milestone in the firm’s presence in Kenya and across Africa, a testimony that we must sustain our strong collaboration for growth.”
