US President, Donald Trump, has accused Pope Leo XIV of being “weak on crime.”
He also said Pope Leo was “terrible for foreign policy.”
President Trump’s post on social media on Sunday came after Pope Leo over the weekend denounced the “delusion of omnipotence” that is fueling the US-Israel war in Iran.
Trump says “Pope Leo is WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy.”
According to President Trump “I don’t think he’s doing a very good job.”
He says “I’m not a fan of Pope Leo”, warning the Pope to leave politics and focus on the church.
