Renowned cultural curator Smallgod and Creative Accra, a collective championing artistic expression, hosted an inspiring T-Shirt Printing Workshop and Giveaway in Tudu, one of Ghana’s busiest fashion hubs, on Saturday, January 4, 2025. The event celebrated creativity, community, and fashion, offering locals, artisans, and fashion enthusiasts a unique, hands-on experience.
The one-day workshop aimed to empower participants with custom T-shirt printing skills while spotlighting the dynamic culture of Tudu. Guided by expert printers and designers, attendees learned screen printing techniques and created personalized T-shirts reflecting their individual styles and the vibrant spirit of Accra’s fashion scene.
“Tudu is a melting pot of creativity,” Smallgod remarked. “This workshop was a way to give back to a community that has inspired so much of my journey. We wanted to make art accessible and practical for everyday life while creating a memorable experience.”
As part of its community-centered approach, the event featured a giveaway of limited-edition T-shirts designed by Smallgod and Creative Accra.
