Mali’s Culture Minister, Mamou Daffé, paid tribute to Bagayoko’s legacy, while his widow, Mariam Doumbia, shared emotional words about his final moments. “I took his hand and tried to make some movements with it, but it didn’t move… I was alone and I will remain alone in life.”
Bagayoko’s passing has left a void in the music world, but his legacy will continue to inspire generations of music lovers.
