The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and the (KNUST) in Ghana has banned two of its former students for taking part in what it termed as unlawful assembly that led to vandalism and property damage.
In a statement signed by its Deputy Registrar, Dr. Daniel Norris Bekoe, KNUST said “In a recent incident, the two former students were identified as participants in an unlawful assembly that resulted in vandalism and destruction of university property. Their actions were captured and confirmed by the University’s CCTV surveillance systems.”
