Iran’s Deputy Intelligence Minister, Akbar Ghaffari, has reportedly been killed in joint US-Israeli strikes on Tehran.
Iranian news agency ILNA, first reported about Ghaffari’s killing.
Ghaffari had previously served as political-security deputy governor of East Azerbaijan province, according to the report
His funeral was held in the city of Tabriz.
