Popular Nigerian rapper, Phyno has admitted that he has grown so much musically. The Fada Fada crooner made this known in an exclusive chat with journalists during the listening party for his album Full Time Job. He said: “I feel like as time passes by, one grows, and I feel like I have grown so much musically. I’m excited for people to hear this piece of me that they haven’t really heard before.”
Addressing the ongoing supremacy battles in the Nigerian music industry, he stated, “I don’t do that. I have never been a part of that conversation, and I don’t want to be. I don’t care.”
Phyno emphasized that his new album is designed for creatives, highlighting the importance of time and effort in developing one’s skills. “The time one puts in to develop one’s skill shows on one’s project. That’s where one’s greatness lies,” he noted, explaining that this commitment is why he does not release music every year. “I need new experiences before I make music.”
