A father in Ghana has been arrested by police for allegedly impregnating his 14-year-old daughter.
The suspect, Kofi Agyei, was arrested by the Abuakwa District Police Command in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
He is allegedly to have impregnated the minor at their residence.
The defilement and incest came to the fore after the girl gave birth and a DNA test was done, reportedly revealing who impregnated her.
The victim had reportedly been forced to falsely accuse an innocent man of impregnating her.
But after she gave birth, a DNA test was conducted which proved that her biological father was responsible for the pregnancy.
