Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed plans for a joint project with Chris Brown, marking another milestone in their long-standing collaboration.
A Full-Length Project in the Works
Speaking on Cruel Santino’s Subaru Boyz stream, Davido shared that they have recorded several songs together but haven’t decided where to place them. As a result, they’ve agreed to release a full project after his upcoming album, 5ive.
“We’ve made so much music over the years. Instead of just dropping random singles, we said, ‘Let’s put a project together.’”
A Global Tour Is Coming
Beyond the music, Davido and Chris Brown are set to take their collaboration worldwide with a joint tour following the project’s release.
More Collaborations on the Way
While details on the joint project remain under wraps, Davido also teased a collaboration with Omah Lay, produced by Tempoe, for 5ive.
With Davido’s 5ive album on the horizon and a joint project with Chris Brown in the works, 2025 is shaping up to be a massive year for the Afrobeats star.
