At least 22 people were killed and 79 others injured after a crane collapsed onto a train in Sikhio District of Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.
The tragedy occurred on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, according to local Thai media reports.
Reports say the Special Express No. 21 train was traveling from Bangkok to Ubon Ratchathani.

Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and Minister of Transport, Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, reportedly confirmed that there were 195 passengers and staff on board the train at the time of the accident
