At least two of Ghanaian citizens have been injured by a drone attack in Dubai.
The attack, according to Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, happened on Wednesday.
In a statement dated Wednesday, March 11, 2026, the Ministry says Ghana’s ambassador in UAE has led a team from Ghana’s Embassy in Abu Dhabi and Consulate in Dubai to visit the victims as the Foreign Ministry coordinates emergency consular assistance.
The Government of Ghana condemned the attack and reiterated calls for a cessation in hostilities.
Since the start of the US-Israel war with Iran, Iran has launched several ballistic missiles in UAE, especially Dubai.
