Wilfred Ndidi Linked with Juventus Move as Leicester Face Relegation Fallout

Leicester City and Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is reportedly attracting interest from top European clubs in the Premier League and Serie A following Leicester’s relegation from the Premier League in the 2024/25 season. The Nigerian international is seeking a move away from the King Power Stadium, with Juventus emerging as a potential destination.

Reports indicate that Juventus are prepared to activate Ndidi’s €9 million release clause. The 29-year-old, who will turn 30 in December 2025, has been with Leicester since 2017, when he joined from Belgian side Genk for €17 million. His current contract with the Foxes runs until 2027.

Juventus are also in discussions with the representatives of Jadon Sancho, who has expressed his desire to leave Manchester United this summer. Meanwhile, the Italian club have already secured their first signing of the transfer window, with Jonathan David joining Turin on a free transfer, signing a five-year deal.
