The U.S. government has announced a reward of up to $10 million for information connected to several figures it describes as Iranian terrorist leaders, including Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
The offer was made through the U.S. State Department’s Rewards for Justice programme, which published a notice seeking tips that could help authorities gather intelligence about the individuals.
According to the department, anyone who provides useful information may qualify for significant protections, including the possibility of relocation.
“These individuals command and direct various elements of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which plans, organises and executes terrorism around the world,” the poster stated.
The notice is part of Washington’s broader effort to track and disrupt networks linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Officials say the reward aims to encourage people with credible knowledge to come forward while ensuring their safety.
