A dispute over a food order mix-up escalated into a violent, seven-person brawl inside a Whataburger restaurant in San Antonio, Texas, early last Sunday morning, according to police reports.

Police were dispatched to the location just after 3 a.m. in response to the wild melee. Authorities confirmed that an issue with a food order being mistakenly delivered to the wrong group of patrons caused the fight to erupt.
Violent Confrontation and Aftermath
Video footage shared on social media captured the intensity of the incident, showing separate fights breaking out where individuals were seen pummeling and kicking others to the ground. Pictures of the aftermath showed blood covering the booths and floor of the fast food chain.

Mother Rebecca Noel, whose son and his friends were involved, posted a video of the fight on Facebook and claimed the situation was exacerbated by the staff:
“Part of another table’s order was mistakenly brought to my son and his friends. Instead of the staff acknowledging their error, they reportedly told the other customers, ‘They have your food’,” Noel wrote. “Moments later, those individuals confronted my son and his friends, and within seconds, the situation escalated far beyond a simple misunderstanding – to a violent assault.”

Arrests and Charges
Seven people were arrested by the San Antonio Police Department and charged with assault causing bodily injuries. Those arrested included Andres Garcia Cardenas, 21; Tyrone Tolliver, 21; Miguel Torres, 57; Meili Torres, 21; Andrew Lopez, 21; Deontae Tolliver, 23; and Veronica Valdez, 53.
Police confirmed that despite the chaotic nature of the fight, no major injuries were reported. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
