In a major federal operation, the Arlington Police Department, FBI Dallas Field Office, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas have charged 21 alleged members of the Arlington street gang “Kiccdoe” under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
The arrests were executed on November 6, 2025, following a multi-year investigation into violent gang activity across the city. Authorities state the suspects—who are aged between 18 and 22—are linked to over 180 criminal incidents recorded since 2022, including aggravated assaults, robberies, shootings, and drug-related crimes.
Federal prosecutors emphasized that the coordinated effort represents a major step in dismantling the gang’s operations and significantly reducing violent crime in the region.
