The sound of worship met the laughter of children on Saturday, October 18, 2025, when gospel artiste Siisi Baidoo and his team, Crafted Nation, visited the Good Shepherd Orphanage with gifts, paintbrushes, and hearts full of love.

What began as a quiet Saturday morning soon turned into a day of joy as members of the ministry rolled up their sleeves to repaint dormitories, replace broken louvres, and present essential items including mattresses, pillows, mosquito nets, toiletries, food, water, and drinks to the home.

Speaking during the visit, Siisi Baidoo explained that the act of giving is a core part of Crafted Nation’s mission.

“Our ministry is about more than music,” he said. “It’s about carrying the love of Christ into places that need it most. Every year, the Lord leads us to a different group this year, it’s these beautiful children and we simply obey.”

The visit forms part of a long-standing tradition by Crafted Nation to touch lives in the lead-up to their annual worship encounter, Hollard Splendor, Concert which gathers believers across denominations for a night of worship and revival. Past editions have seen donations to widows and inmates of senior correctional facilities.

Receiving the team, Michael Boateng, Coordinating Director of the orphanage, shared the story of the home’s beginnings in 2002 under the late Bishop Oko Addae, whose compassion birthed a refuge for children in need.

“We have cared for hundreds of children through the years,” he said. “Your visit reminds us that God still sends help when we least expect it. May He bless you for choosing to be a blessing.”

As paint dried on the dormitory walls and the children clutched new pillows and mosquito nets, it was clear that the visit had left more than physical change, it had restored hope.

The team’s visit is part of the countdown to Hollard Splendor Concert 2025, themed “The Amen, Grace & Glory,” slated for Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).

Through initiatives like this, Crafted Nation continues to show that worship is not only sung on stage, it is lived in service, love, and compassion.
