Country Manager for BTL agency, Cynthia Kodowu, captivated the audience with her insightful tips on succeeding as a woman in leadership. She underscored the importance of self-development and building a strong network, elements crucial for any aspiring leader. The founder of DAARLIVING, Senanu Arkutu, opened the discussion with a powerful reminder for aspiring entrepreneurs to remain authentic in their business pursuits.

 

Adding to the diverse perspectives, Joy and Abeyie B Schmutz, owners of Abeyie Innovation Studio, emphasized the necessity of adopting a digital mindset. They encouraged the audience to leverage free online tools to enhance their skills and stay ahead in the digital age.

 

Actress and Psychologist Sonia Ibrahim further inspired the crowd by speaking on the significance of dedicating time daily to escape whilst and seeking divine guidance through prayer.
